Feeling different from most people is normal and, on its own, not a reason to worry. Difficulties begin when it makes life harder to enjoy, when there is too much anxiety, or when it takes up a noticeable part of your day. Then it may be worth looking into it more closely.
Free, 2–8 minutes, no diagnosis and no commitment. Or message us right away and we'll reply personally.
This is how people most often describe what brings them to us. Behind each of these lines there is an understandable reason, and it can be worked through 🫂
Sounds like ADHD, not laziness: the brain switches on easily for what's interesting and almost can't for routine.
Often this is masking of autistic traits. You've learned to imitate “normal” well, but the exhaustion doesn't go anywhere.
A common story with undiagnosed autism or ADHD: the symptom gets treated, not what's behind it.
A classic ADHD pattern: the brain switches on only under deadline pressure; discipline has nothing to do with it.
Sensory and social overload are common in autism, even when it's invisible from the outside.
Also a common ADHD sign: it's not about motivation but about how the brain switches between tasks.
We don't lump them into one topic, but we work with both. Anxiety often comes alongside both, and we treat it as part of the bigger picture 🤍
A sense of being wired differently for as long as you remember: sensory load, exhaustion from social interaction, a need for predictability. Often surfaces through a child's diagnosis — autism runs in families.
Chronic procrastination despite clear ability, routine tasks are hard while complex, interesting ones come easily. Often already carries an anxiety or depression diagnosis that eased some symptoms but not the underlying cause.
Everything described above is general patterns. A short free test will show which ones are closer to your experience: ADHD, autism, a combination, or neither. You'll get not a label but a clear explanation with concrete next steps, whatever the result.
Enough to understand which way to look next.
A breakdown by area: focus, routine, sensory experience, communication. Maximum specifics.
🤍 Free. We'll show the result right on screen, no registration. And if you want, we'll send the details to Telegram or email.
Our team includes psychologists, behavioral therapy specialists (BCBA), a methodologist, and coaches. We work specifically with adults who find it hard to build new skills, keep their focus, and cope with sensory overload and constant anxiety.
Help you make sense of anxiety, overload, and how you experience your own traits. No judgment, no labels.
Certified specialists check which skills you already have and which are worth building, create an individual program, and adjust it as you go.
Makes sure the program is logical: from your goal to clear steps and a measurable result.
By your side every day: they help you bring new skills into real life and work on focus, routine, and the habit of putting everything off.
All specialists regularly go through supervision within the team: we work through complex cases together.
The test is a starting point, not an endpoint. If you want to go further, there's a team of specialists who have spent years working systematically with developmental differences and now look in the same direction, but at you. Next comes ongoing support and methodical work on how you react to situations, what you feel, and why your usual ways of coping sometimes stop working.
A short or detailed self-check. The result shows where to look: ADHD, autism, a combination, or neither confirmed. That is also a clear and useful outcome.
A conversation with the team about your test result, your situation and your goals. No diagnosis and no pressure to decide anything right now.
A support group where you're not alone, or one-on-one work with several specialists who understand your specific request, because every case is different. You choose what resonates more.
An individual chat with specialists, available every day, weekly calls and an individual plan for the week. Plus materials for your situation: programs, checklists, calendars and journals built personally for you.
Detailed graphs of your changes, recorded achievements and results every month. We genuinely root for you and celebrate every step forward.
We start with a free test result. After that, you decide whether you want a next step and which one. All prices are in euros.
Understand your traits and get your first tools
A place where you are understood, and people beside you
A personal program for your everyday tasks
The program runs at least 3 months, paid upfront for the whole term, €1,110. The price of €370 holds until 31 December 2026, from 2027 it is €500 per month.
You can discuss the right format with our team, for example during a free consultation. To do that, message us on Telegram.
We work analytically. At the start we measure which skills you have and at what level, then track what changes over the course of our work and show it in reports. You see your progress in data, not just a vague feeling that things might be getting better.
No two people are the same, and no two requests are alike. That's why we don't use template programs: the work is built around you, your goals, and your pace.
We don't aim to keep you in consultations for as long as possible. Our job is to understand what's hardest for you right now and teach you to handle it on your own, so that you eventually no longer need us.
Clients tell in their own words what changed after the test and further work.
“I was diagnosed with anxiety and took antidepressants. It helped, but not completely. After the test I realized ADHD was part of it too, and for the first time I felt seen, not just soothed.” 🤍
“My son was diagnosed with autism, and reading about his symptoms I suddenly saw myself there too. The test confirmed what I'd long suspected. It was a relief to finally stop pretending I was coping easily.” 🫂
“I took the test more out of curiosity and didn't expect a result. But it gave me words for things I'd felt all my life and couldn't explain even to myself.” ✨
No, and that is a deliberate choice: the test doesn't diagnose, it helps you see a pattern in what you've spent years explaining away as “just your character.” An official diagnosis is made only by a psychiatrist in person, and if the result suggests an in-person assessment is worth it, we'll say so directly.
No. Being placed on dispensary registration is a separate procedure that requires a psychiatric commission's decision, usually after hospitalization. An online self-check or an ordinary psychiatric consultation doesn't lead to it, so you can take the test calmly, risking nothing.
Yes, anonymous by default: answers are only needed to calculate the result, which appears on your screen right away. If you ask us to send details to Telegram or email, we use your contacts only for that and share nothing with third parties. Details are in the privacy policy.
Usually people start with the test; it's made for exactly this situation. We work both with those who already have a diagnosis and with those just starting to figure themselves out: without a diagnosis, with doubts, or still in the process of getting one. At any point on this path you can talk to us openly.
Yes, and this combination occurs noticeably more often than is commonly thought — sometimes called AuDHD. The test, materials and further support take both options into account at once, so you don't have to choose between them to get a clear answer.
Yes, and that is also a result, not a test failure. Sometimes anxiety, burnout or a hard period isn't caused by autism or ADHD, and knowing that is just as useful as getting a specific direction. If your feelings after the test remain mixed, you can still talk to the team at a free consultation: not every condition fits ready-made categories.
It doesn't commit you to anything: start with the test or just message someone who understands the topic 🤍
